Section 122. Annual audit of accounts

122 - Annual audit of accounts :- The accounts of the Planning authority shall, once in every financial year be examined and audited under the provision of the Orissa Local Fund Audit Act, V of 1948 and it shall be the duty of the Planning authority forthwith to remedy any defects or irregularities that may be pointed out in audit.
