Section 128. Cancellation of bye-law by State Government THE ORISSA TOWN PLANNING & IMPROVEMENT TRUST ACT, 1956

128 - Cancellation of bye-law by State Government :- The State Government may, after previous publication of their intention rescind any regulations or bye-law made by the Planning authority and thereupon such Regulation shall cease to have effect.
