130 - Contribution by the Planning authority towards leave, allowances and pensions of Government servants employed under this Act :- The Planning authority shall be liable to pay such contribution for the leave, allowances and pensions of any Government servant employed as Chairman or as an officer or employee of the said authority or as a member, officer or employee of the said authority or as a member, officer or, employee of the Tribunal, as may be required by the conditions of his service under the Government to be paid by him or on his behalf.
