135 - Indemnity to Planning authority, etc. :- No suit shall be maintainable against the planning authority or any member or any officer or employee thereof or any person acting under the direction of the said authority or the Chairman or any officer or employee of the said authority, in respect of anything lawfully and in good faith done under this Act or any Rule made there under.
