Section 141. General power of Planning authority to pay compensation

141 - General power of Planning authority to pay compensation :- In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, the Planning authority may pay reasonable compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by or under this Act in the said Planning authority or the Chairman or any officer or employee of the said authority.
