Section 146. Power to make surveys or contribute towards their cost

146 - Power to make surveys or contribute towards their cost :- The Planning authority may - (a) cause a survey of any land to be made whenever it considers that a survey is necessary or expedient for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act; or (b) contribute towards the cost of any such survey made by any other local authority.
