Section 152. Penalty for breach of the provisions of the Act, etc.

152 - Penalty for breach of the provisions of the Act, etc. :- Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or any Rule made or any direction issued in pursuance of scheme sanctioned there under, shall, if no other penalty is provided for such contravention, be punishable - (a) with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees; and (b) in case of continuing contravention, with fine which may extend to fifty rupees for each day after the first during which the contravention continues.
