Section 25. Control by Chairman

25 - Control by Chairman:- The Chairman shall exercise supervision and control, over the acts and proceedings of all officers and employees of the Trust and subject to the foregoing sections, and dispose of all questions relating to the service of the said officers and employees, and their salaries, allowances and privileges.
