4 - Conditions of services of Director and his staff :- The Director and the subordinate officers and staff appointed under this Act shall draw their pay, pension, leave and other allowances from the Consolidated Fund of the State. The conditions of service of the said Director, subordinate officers and staff shall be such as may be prescribed from time to time.
