Section 41. Housing accommodation Scheme

41 - Housing accommodation Scheme :- Whenever the planning authority is of opinion that the frame-work of the allotted to the plan, it is expedient and for the public advantage to provide housing accommodation for any class of the inhabitants of any area the said authority may frame a scheme to be called a "housing accommodation scheme".
