Section 43. Matters to be considered when framing improvement scheme

43 - Matters to be considered when framing improvement scheme :- When framing an improvement scheme in respect of any area, the Planning authority shall have regard to- (i) the nature and conditions of neighbouring areas and/or of the Municipality as a whole; (ii) the direction in which the expansion of the area and the Municipality appears likely to take place; and (iii) the likelihood of improvement schemes being required for other parts of the area or the Municipality.
