76 - Planning authority to appoint persons for enforcement of processes for recovery Of dues :- The Planning authority may direct by what authority any powers or duties incident Under the Orissa Municipal Act; XXIII bf 1950, to the enforcement of any process for the recovery of taxes shall be exercised and performed when that process is employed under Section 75.
