Section 87. Power of Planning authority to borrow money

87 - Power of Planning authority to borrow money :- The Planning authority may from time to time borrow, at such rate of interest and for such period and upon such terms as the State Government may approve any sum necessary for the purpose of - (a) meeting expenditure debitable to the capital account under Section 113; or (b) repaying any loan previously taken under this Act.
