Section 98. Application of sinking funds

98 - Application of sinking funds :- The aforesaid trustees may from time to time apply any sinking fund, or any part thereof, in or towards the discharge of the loan at any part of the loan for which such fund was established and until such loan is wholly discharged shall not apply the same for any other purpose.
