Section 14. Special Public Prosecutor

14. Special Public Prosecutor :- The Government shall, by notification, appoint one or more Advocates of not less than ten years standing practice as special Public Prosecutor for each of the Designated Court for the purpose of conducting cases in the Designated Court.
