THE ODISHA RESERVATION OF POSTS AND SERVICES (FOR SOCIALLY AND EDUCATIONALLY BACKWARD CLASSES) ACT, 2008

15. The Standing Committee shall perform the following functions, namely :– (a) Review of the implementation of the provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder, as far as possible, twice a year; (b) Suggesting measures for the removal of difficulties in such implementation or for the improvement thereof; and (c) Such other functions as the State Government may, from time to time, assign to the Standing Committee.
