Section 2. Definitions. THE ODISHA SERVICE OF ENGINEERS (VALIDATION OF APPOINTMENT) ACT, 2017.

2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) “Government” means Government of Odisha;
(b) “Recruitment Rules” means the Odisha Service of Engineers’ Rules, 1941; and
(c) “Service” means the Odisha Service of Engineers.
