Section 16. Authorities of the University

16. The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:: (a) the Academic Council, (b) the Board, (c) the Faculties, (d) the Boards of Studies, (e) such other authorities as may be declared from time to lime by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
