Section 17. Appointment of first officers. THE VEER SURENDRA SAI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2008

17. Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 13 and 14, the first Registrar and the first Comptroller of Finance, shall be appointed by the Chancellor on recommendation of the Government.
