Section 23. The Board of Studies. THE VEER SURENDRA SAI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2008

23. (1) There shall be Board of Studies for each branch or discipline of Study or branches of study as the Academic Council may decide.
(2) The constitution, powers and functions of the Board of Studies shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
