Section 40. Recovery of sums due to the Board.

40. Any sum due to the Board on account of cost of water, cost of disposal of waste water, metre rent, fees, charges or otherwise under this Act, shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
