Section 59. Power to arrest person committing an offence and refusing to give name and address.

59. It shall be lawful for any officer of the Board authorised by it in this behalf to arrest and hand over to the office incharge of the nearest Police-Station any person who commits or is suspected to have committed an offence punishable under section 56 and who on demand refuses to give his true name and address or where there is reason to belive that the name and address given by him is not correct.
