Section 61. Directions to the Board on questions of policy.

61. (1) In the performance of its duties and discharge of its functions the Board shall be guided by such direction on questions of policy as may be given to it, from time to time, by the State Government. (2) If any question arises whether any matter is or is not a matter as respect which the State Government may issue a direction under sub-section (1) the decision of the State Government shall be final.
