Section 41. Vacancy not to invalidate proceedings.

41. Vacancy not to invalidate proceedings. - No act or proceeding of the Parishad shall be invalidated on account of any vacancy in the membership or any defect or irregularity in any such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
