This Act was repealed on 21 November 2025 by the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), s.143(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. Spreadover.—The period of work of an adult worker in a plantation shall be so arranged that inclusive of his interval for rest under section 2[21] it shall not spreadover more than twelve hours including the time spent in waiting for work on any day.
