Section 9. Conservancy.

This Act was repealed on 21 November 2025 by the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), s.143(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. Conservancy.—(1) There shall be provided separately for males and females in every plantation a sufficient number of latrines and urinals of prescribed types so situated as to be convenient and accessible to workers employed therein. (2) All latrines and urinals provided under sub-section (1) shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
