Section 1. Short title. The Powers-of Attorney Act, 1882

1. Short title.
This Act may be called the Powers-of-Attorney Act, 1882.
Local extent.---It applies to the whole of India 1***;
Commencement.--- and it shall come into force on the first day of May, 1882.
