Section 3. Acquisition of rights of company of Anglo-French Textiles Limited

3. (1) On the appointed day, the Anglo-French Textiles Limited and the right, title and interest of the owner in relation to that textile undertaking shall stand transferred to, and shall vest absolutely in the Government. (2) The textile undertaking which stands vested in the Government by virtue of sub-section (1) shall, immediately after it has so vested, stand transferred to, and vest in the Corporation.
