Section 21. Meetings of the Board

21.(1) The Board shall, on a date to be fixed by the Chairman of the Board, meet not less than three times in every year, and not more than four months shall ordinarily intervene between two such consecutive meetings. (2) The Chairman of the Board,- (a) if he thinks fit, may, and (b) upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one-third of the total number of members of the Board, shall, convene a special meeting of the Board, after giving a notice of seven days in the case of clause (a) and on a date not later than 21 days from the date of receipt of the request by the Chairman in the case of clause (b).
