Section 29. The Examination Committee

29. The Examination Committee shall consist of - (i) the Chairman of the Board as the ex-officio Chairman; (ii) five members to be nominated by the Chairman of the Board from amongst the ex-officio members referred to in clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 13; (iii) one member to be nominated by the Chairman of the Board from amongst the nominated members referred to in clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 13;
