Section 46. Power to make regulations

46. The Board may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: - (a) the procedure to be followed at the meetings of the Board and the committees appointed by the Board and the number of members required to form a quorum for such meetings; (b) the allowances which may be drawn by members of the Board and the committees appointed by the Board; (c) any matter that solely concerns the Board and its authorities and has not been provided for by this Act and the rules made thereunder.
