Section 8. Powers to amend Schedule

8. (1) The Government may, by notification, from time to time, include in the Schedule, any co-operative society registered under the Co-operative Societies Act. (2) All references made in this Act to the Schedule shall be construed as references to the said Schedule as for the time being amended in exercise of the powers conferred by this section.
