Section 13. Assembling in streets for gaming.

13. Assembling in streets for gaming. – Whoever --- (a) assembles with others in a street, gathered for the purpose of gaming; or (b) joins any such assembly for the purpose of gaming, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
