Section 8. Duties of Trustees

8. (1) the trustee of every institution shall be bound to abide by all orders issued under the provisions of this Act. (2) The trustee of every institution shall administer its affairs in accordance with the customs and usage of the institution and such instructions as the Commissioner may issue from time to time. (3) A trustee shall exercise all powers incidental to the prudent and beneficial administration of the institution and do all things necessary for the due performance of the duties assigned to him by or under this Act.
