Section 11. Officers and servants of the Board

11. (1) The Secretary shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed or as may, from time to time, be delegated to him by the Government or by the Chairman. (2) Subject to such standing orders as may be made by the Board in this behalf, the Board may appoint a Financial Adviser-cum-Chief Accounts Officer * [omitted] and such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
