Section 7. Vacancies amongst members or defects in the constitution of the Board not to invalidate acts or proceedings of the Board THE PUDUCHERRY KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES BOARD ACT, 1980

7. No act or proceedings of the Board shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy amongst its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.
