Section 75. Power to remove difficulties

75. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything which appears to it necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty; Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiration of two years from the notified date.
