Section 88D. Interest on defaulted instalments of purchase price

88D. If any instalment of the purchase price payable by the kudikidappukaran is not deposited on the due date, the amount of such instalment shall bear interest at the rate of four and a half per cent per annum form that date till the date of the deposit of that instalment.
