Section 14. Mode of payment of amount

14. (1) The amount as finally determined under this Act shall, within such period as may be prescribed, be paid either in cash or in bonds or partly in cash and partly in bonds as the Government may prescribe. (2) (a) The bonds shall be issued on such terms and carry such rate of interest as may be prescribed. (b) The interest shall be paid in the case of any kudiyiruppu or superstructure with effect from the date of vesting *[under the provisions of this Act].
