6. Duties of occupier on the issue of notice under section 5 On the issue of a notice under sub-section (1) of section 5, it shall be the duty of --- (a) every occupier within the affected area to carry out such preventive or remedial measures as may be specified in the notice; and (b) every male person residing within the affected area to render assistance in the manner specified in the notice.
