Section 107. Removal of offensive trades to reserved areas

107. Removal of offensive trades to reserved areas The local authority may direct the removal of any offensive trade in any area other than a reserved area existing on the date of notification, to a reserved area and the expenses for such removal shall be borne by the local authority. In case of dispute about the removal or the expenses, the matter shall be referred to the Government whose decision shall be final.
