Section 114. Notification of areas

114. Notification of areas The Government or the local authority with the approval of the Government, may declare any area or areas in which a fair or festival is usually held or is to be held and any place of pilgrimage to be a notified area or areas for the purposes of this chapter for such period as may be specified.
