125. Registration and licensing No person shall own and run a place of entertainment or recreation centre without the written permission and licence of the local authority and the local authority shall have the power to revoke or cancel the said licence for violation of any of the terms and conditions of the licence or for infringement of any of the rules or bye-laws.
