14. Registration (1) No person shall open or conduct a nursing home or clinical establishment or any other private medical or health institution without being registered in respect thereof and except under the terms and conditions of a licence granted therefor in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules framed thereunder. (2) A registration made under this section shall be in force for a period of one year.
