151. Delegation The Government may, by notification and subject to such restrictions, limitations and conditions as may be specified therein, authorise any person to exercise any one or more of the powers conferred on it by this Act: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall apply to any power of the Government to make rules or regulations or to issue directions.
