Section 16. Cancellation of registration

16. Cancellation of registration The Director may, by order, cancel the registration in respect of any such institution on any ground which would entitle him to refuse an application for registration in respect of that Institution: Provided that before making an order under this section, sufficient opportunity shall be given to the licensee to represent his case.
