Section 38. Notified communicable diseases

38. Notified communicable diseases For purposes of this Act "notified communicable disease" shall mean and include any disease which the Government may, from time to time, by notification declare to be notified disease either generally throughout the territory or in such parts thereof as may be specified in the notification.
