Section 4. Functions of the Board

4. Functions of the Board Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the functions of the Board shall be to advise the Government for the planning and direction of the health services provided under this Act and to perform such other functions as the Government may, from time to time assign to it under this Act.
