Section 54. Compulsory immunisation

54. Compulsory immunisation (1) When the Health Officer considers that an area is likely to be affected with any communicable disease, he may arrange for compulsory immunisation or re-immunisation on a mass scale. (2) All such immunisation or re-immunisation shall be free of charge.
