Section 14. Effect of withdrawal of recognition

14. Any private school which is unrecognised or the recognition of which has been withdrawn shall not be entitled to – (a) receive any grant or other financial assistance from the Government; or (b) prepare, train or guide pupils for appearing at any public examination.
